Sweet Overnight Cashew Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 500 g milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 226 g Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 90 g Once Again Cashew Butter
  • 30 g vanilla bean paste
  • 4 g salt
  • 300 g old-fashioned rolled oats

Toppings

  • 180 g cherry preserves
  • 360 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 84 g roasted walnuts
  • 60 g cocoa nibs

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine milk, yogurt, cashew butter, vanilla and salt. Stir in oats and let mixture sit in the cooler for 6- 8 hours. Place overnight oats in bowls or parfait cups and divide toppings evenly among each serving.
