Sweet Overnight Cashew Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 500 g milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 226 g Plain Greek Yogurt
- 90 g Once Again Cashew Butter
- 30 g vanilla bean paste
- 4 g salt
- 300 g old-fashioned rolled oats
Toppings
- 180 g cherry preserves
- 360 g plain Greek yogurt
- 84 g roasted walnuts
- 60 g cocoa nibs

In a large bowl, combine milk, yogurt, cashew butter, vanilla and salt. Stir in oats and let mixture sit in the cooler for 6- 8 hours. Place overnight oats in bowls or parfait cups and divide toppings evenly among each serving.
