Nut Butter Marshmallow Treats

These indulgent Marshmallow Nut Butter Squares are a perfect treat for any occasion! Made with a creamy nut or seed butter of your choice, melted marshmallows, and puffed rice cereal, these squares are soft, gooey, and irresistible. Customize with your favorite toppings like chocolate, freeze-dried fruits, or sea salt for a personal touch. Ingredients:

  • 240 g unsalted butter
  • 900 g Once Again Creamy Nut or Seed Butter of your choice
  • 1500 g miniature marshmallows
  • 10 g kosher salt
  • 800 g puffed rice cereal


Directions:

  • Prepare the Marshmallow Treats: Line a full sheet tray with parchment paper or silicone baking mat, top with a pan extender and cover with pan spray. Melt the butter, nut or seed butter, marshmallows and salt together. Stir in cereal. Spread into prepared pan without compacting. Let cool and set up completely before cutting into desired size.
  • Decorate: Melt or temper chocolate of choice according to manufacturer’s instructions. Dip half of one square diagonally into the melted chocolate and top with drizzled chocolate or decoration of choice.


Flavor Suggestions:

  • Peanut Butter Strawberry: mix in 300 grams chopped, freeze-dried strawberries with the cereal. Dip into strawberry flavored chocolate and top with crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Almond Butter Blueberry: mix in 300 grams freeze-dried blueberries with the cereal. Dip into dark chocolate and top with flaky sea salt.
  • Cashew Butter Apple: mix in 300 grams chopped, freeze-dried apples with the cereal. Dip in caramelized white chocolate and drizzle with dark chocolate.
  • Sunflower Butter Marshmallow: mix in 300 grams freeze-dried micro marshmallows. Dip in white chocolate and drizzle with more white chocolate.
