Almond Flour/Meal
Our delicious almond flours are made from finely ground almonds resulting in a smooth flour perfect for baking. They are an excellent gluten-free alternative, providing a mild, slightly sweet flavor that works in cakes, macarons, pastries, and breads.
Natural almond flour is made from whole, unblanched almonds that includes the skins, giving it a richer, slightly nuttier flavor and coarser texture than blanch flour.
The added texture from the almond skins provides extra nutrients and a wholesome flavor profile.
