Ramen Ingredients:
- 120 g Once Again Tahini
- 72 g mirin
- 60 g sesame oil
- 32 g low sodium soy sauce
- 32 g ponzu sauce
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 3 g furikake
- 340 g ramen noodles, dry
Toppings (as needed):
- Soft boiled eggs
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Corn
- Furikake
- Radish
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together all ramen ingredients except the noodles. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions and rinse under cold water to stop cooking and cool down. Toss cooled noodles with sauce and top with desired toppings.
